Baltimore is quite cold today….like single digits cold. Lovely trips to DC have been postponed until further notice. In fact, more snow is supposed to come tonight. You can find me inside, wrapped up in a blanket, and binging on Netflix/reading a book.
No matter what the weather may be, there will never be an excuse for skipping a workout!
